崗位職責/職位描述

As a Concierge ,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店禮賓員，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Be responsible for greeting and seeing off incoming guests, assisting with luggage handling, guiding them to the front desk or guest rooms, and providing warm greetings and farewell services.
? 負責迎接及送別入住賓客，協(xié)助搬運行李，引導至前臺或客房，提供熱情問候與告別服務(wù)。
2、Provide guests with information consultation on hotel facilities, surrounding transportation, attractions and business districts, and answer relevant questions accurately.
? 為賓客提供酒店設(shè)施、周邊交通、景點及商圈等信息咨詢，準確解答相關(guān)疑問。
3、Assist guests in arranging vehicle reservations, ticket bookings (such as air tickets, performance tickets), etc., ensuring accurate information.
? 協(xié)助賓客辦理車輛預約、票務(wù)預訂（如機票、演出票）等事宜，確保信息準確無誤。
4、Maintain the tidiness of the concierge desk and luggage storage area, keep guests' deposited items, and properly record registration and handover details.
? 維護禮賓臺及行李存放區(qū)整潔，保管賓客寄存物品，做好登記與交接記錄。
5、Assist in maintaining order at the hotel entrance, guide vehicle parking, and cooperate with the concierge supervisor to complete daily service support work.
? 協(xié)助維護酒店入口秩序，指引車輛?？?，配合禮賓主管完成日常服務(wù)保障工作。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Technical secondary school education or above, with more than 1 year of experience in hotel concierge or related service industry is preferred.
? 中專及以上學歷，1 年以上酒店禮賓或相關(guān)服務(wù)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
2、Good appearance and deportment, strong affinity, able to communicate with guests proactively and enthusiastically, with good service awareness.
? 具備良好的儀容儀表，親和力強，能主動熱情地與賓客溝通，服務(wù)意識佳。
3、Master basic English listening and speaking skills, able to handle simple greetings and demand consultations from foreign guests.
? 掌握基礎(chǔ)英語聽說能力，可應對涉外賓客的簡單問候及需求咨詢。
4、Familiar with local transportation routes, popular attractions and catering resources, able to provide practical suggestions to guests.
? 熟悉本地交通路線、熱門景點及餐飲資源，能為賓客提供實用建議。
5、Serious and responsible in work, agile in action, able to adapt to shift work and obey superiors' arrangements.
? 工作認真負責，手腳麻利，適應輪班制，服從上級安排。
