As a?Finance Supervisor,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店財務(wù)主管，需承擔(dān)以下主要工作職責(zé)：
1、Manage daily cash and bank deposits of the hotel, execute payment and settlement, and conduct regular cash counting and account-reality reconciliation.
? 負責(zé)酒店日常現(xiàn)金及銀行存款管理，執(zhí)行收付結(jié)算，定期進行現(xiàn)金盤點與賬實核對。
2、Lead general ledger accounting work, handle voucher entry, account checking and month-end closing to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the account set.
? 主導(dǎo)總賬核算工作，處理憑證錄入、賬務(wù)核對及月末結(jié)賬，確保賬套準(zhǔn)確完整。
3、Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to provide data support.
? 編制月度、季度及年度財務(wù)報表，包括資產(chǎn)負債表、利潤表等，提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
4、Audit expense reimbursements and payment applications from various departments, control compliance and supervise the efficiency of fund usage.
? 審核各部門費用報銷及付款申請，把控合規(guī)性，監(jiān)督資金使用效率。
5、Liaise with external institutions such as banks and tax authorities, handle account management and tax declaration, and maintain good relationships.
? 對接銀行、稅務(wù)等外部機構(gòu)，辦理賬戶管理、納稅申報等事宜，維護良好關(guān)系。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, financial management or related fields, with intermediate accounting title preferred.
? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，會計學(xué)、財務(wù)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)，持有中級會計職稱優(yōu)先。
2、More than 3 years of hotel financial work experience, with practical experience in both general cashier and general ledger is preferred.
? 3年以上酒店財務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗，同時具備總出納及總賬實操經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3、Proficient in operating financial software (such as Opera, SAP) and office software, and well-versed in accounting standards and tax regulations.
? 熟練操作財務(wù)軟件（如 Opera、SAP）及辦公軟件，精通會計準(zhǔn)則與稅務(wù)法規(guī)。
4、Strong data analysis ability and risk awareness, rigorous and meticulous in work, and strong sense of principle.
? 具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力與風(fēng)險意識，工作嚴謹細致，原則性強。
5、Good communication and coordination skills, able to efficiently connect with various departments and external institutions.
? 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，能高效對接各部門及外部機構(gòu)。
6、Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to independently handle English financial documents and reports.
? 英語聽說讀寫良好，可獨立處理英文財務(wù)文件及報告。
