1、Supervise daily operations of the staff canteen to ensure smooth service and food quality.
? 監(jiān)督員工餐廳的日常運營，確保服務順暢和食品質(zhì)量。
2、Coordinate with kitchen team to plan menus and ensure timely meal preparation.
? 與廚房團隊協(xié)調(diào)，制定菜單并確保餐食及時準備。
3、Monitor hygiene and safety standards in the canteen according to hotel policies.
? 根據(jù)酒店政策，監(jiān)督餐廳的衛(wèi)生和安全標準。
4、Manage inventory of food supplies and control costs to avoid wastage.
? 管理食品庫存并控制成本，避免浪費。
5、Handle staff feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
? 及時處理員工反饋和問題，確保滿意度。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、At least 2 years of experience in F&B or staff canteen supervision.
? 至少2年餐飲或員工餐廳管理經(jīng)驗。
2、Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
? 熟悉食品安全和衛(wèi)生標準。
3、Strong organizational and communication skills.
? 具備良好的組織和溝通能力。
4、Ability to manage inventory and basic cost control.
? 能夠管理庫存并進行基本成本控制。
5、Basic English communication skills and fluent Mandarin.
? 具備基本英語溝通能力，普通話流利。
