作為酒店夜班經理，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Oversee all Front Office operations during the night shift to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
? 監督夜班期間前廳部的整體運營，確保服務順暢并提升賓客滿意度。
2、Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
? 及時、專業地處理賓客咨詢、投訴及特殊需求。
3、Conduct night audits and ensure accurate posting of charges and financial reports.
? 執行夜審工作，確保賬務和財務報表的準確性。
4、Monitor security and safety procedures throughout the hotel during the night shift.
? 在夜班期間監督酒店的安全和安保程序。
5、Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless guest experience.
? 與其他部門協調，解決運營問題，確保賓客體驗順暢。
We are looking someone who:
我們尋找的人選需具備：
1、Minimum 2 years of Front Office supervisory experience in a hotel environment.
? 至少2年前廳部管理或監督經驗，酒店行業優先。
2、Strong knowledge of Front Office operations and night audit procedures.
? 熟悉前廳部運營及夜審流程。
3、Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
? 具備優秀的解決問題能力、溝通技巧及領導力。
4、Ability to work independently and handle emergencies during night shifts.
? 能夠獨立工作并處理夜班期間的突發情況。
5、Good command of English and fluent Mandarin; additional language is an advantage.
? 具備良好的英語能力，普通話流利，會其他語言者優先。
