As a?Health Club & Spa Receptionist,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店健身中心&水療接待，需承擔以下主要工作職責：
1、Greet and assist guests professionally, ensuring a warm and welcoming service experience.
? 專業(yè)迎接并協(xié)助客人，確保提供熱情周到的服務體驗。
2、Handle guest check?ins, facility bookings, and activity registrations accurately and efficiently.
? 負責客人的辦理登記、設施預約及項目報名，確保操作準確高效。
3、Provide detailed information about recreation facilities, activities, and promotions.
? 向客人介紹康樂設施、活動項目及相關推廣信息。
4、Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the reception area and ensure all materials are prepared.
? 保持前臺區(qū)域整潔有序，確保相關物品及時補充與準備。
5、Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and promptly handle guest inquiries or complaints.
? 與其他部門保持良好溝通，確保運營順暢，并及時處理客人咨詢或投訴。
We are looking someone who:

1、Hospitality or recreation-related experience preferred.
? 有酒店或康樂相關經驗者優(yōu)先。
2、Good communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
? 具備良好的溝通能力和客戶服務意識，形象親切、態(tài)度積極。
3、Basic English communication ability; additional language skills are a plus.
? 具備基本英語溝通能力，會其他語言者優(yōu)先。
4、Able to work under pressure and adapt to shift schedules including weekends and holidays.
? 能承受一定工作壓力，適應輪班制，包括周末及節(jié)假日排班。
5、Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and professional service mindset.
? 具備良好的責任心、團隊合作精神及專業(yè)服務意識。
