As a?Housekeeping Coordinator,?we rely on you to:
作為酒店客房文員,需承擔以下主要工作職責:
1、Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room status updates and task assignment.
? 協調客房部日常運營,包括客房狀態更新和工作任務分配。
2、Manage guest supplies and amenities inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate stock records.
? 管理客房備品和用品庫存,確保及時補充并保持準確的庫存記錄。
3、Handle guest requests and deliver items such as toiletries, extra linens, and amenities promptly and courteously.
? 處理客人需求,及時、禮貌地為客人送物,包括洗浴用品、額外布草及其他備品。
4、Handle incoming calls, record requests, and communicate information accurately to room attendants and supervisors.
? 接聽客房部電話,記錄需求,并準確傳達給樓層服務員及主管。
5、Maintain housekeeping documents, including room status reports, lost and found records, and daily operation reports.
? 管理客房部相關文書,如客房狀態報表、失物招領記錄及日常運營報表。

1、Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with both internal departments and floor staff.

2、Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations, inventory management, and service procedures.

3、Detail?oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
? 注重細節,工作有條理,并能同時處理多項任務。
4、Customer?service mindset and ability to respond to guest requests professionally and promptly.
? 具有良好的服務意識,能及時且專業地回應客人需求。
5、Proficiency in office software and basic data entry or report?writing skills.
? 熟練使用辦公軟件,具備基礎的數據錄入與報表整理能力。
