2. 全流程統籌管理：全面負責會議/展覽項目從策劃、執行到收尾的全生命周期管理，對項目的質量、成本、進度和客戶滿意度負總責。
3. 方案策劃與預算控制：對接客戶需求，制定詳細的項目執行方案、預算，并進行成本核算與費用控制。
4. 資源協調與供應商管理：統籌協調內外部資源，高效管理場地、搭建、物流、餐飲等各類供應商，確保服務交付。
5. 現場執行與風險管控：領導項目團隊進行現場搭建、彩排與執行，處理突發事件，確保活動安全、流暢進行，達成預期效果。
6. 客戶關系與總結復盤：作為主要客戶聯絡人，維護良好客情關系；項目結束后進行總結復盤、結算及文件歸檔。
