崗位職責：
1. 負責每日餐前設備、用具、醬料、炸料、干果等準備工作，確保出品順暢。
2. 組織本組人員完成灶臺、工作臺、排風系統等區域的衛生清潔與設備維護。
3. 掌握客流量及菜品銷售情況，參與大單菜品制定，每月至少研發1道新菜。
4. 負責菜品成本核算、毛利率測算，并培訓打荷人員掌握菜品造型與裝飾標準。
5. 處理廚房突發情況（如燙傷、停電停氣等），嚴格執行酒店管理制度。
6. 完成上級交辦的其他任務。
任職要求：
1.熱愛餐飲行業，愿意長期在后廚發展；烹飪、餐飲相關專業或有后廚基礎者優先。
2.能吃苦耐勞，做事認真細致，責任心強，執行力好，服從管理。
3.身體健康，持有有效健康證，注重個人衛生與食品安全。
4.具備良好的團隊意識，溝通配合度高，學習能力強，有上進心。
5.能適應餐飲行業輪班、倒班及高峰期工作節奏。
6. 2年及以上相同崗位廚師工作經驗。
