意大利餐廳主管的主要職責是促進團隊合作并培養有激情的員工，通過引導，支持及輔導所有的服務成員在準備時，服務中及服務過后如何讓客人感到驚喜。他們代表著餐廳及瑞吉酒店的品牌形象，整潔的儀容儀表和良好的溝通能力是必備的。 他們負責協助餐廳經理全面管理餐廳相關服務，客戶體驗，旅程，培訓員工，銷售及財務結果。
The LaBrezza Supervisor promotes team work and develops passionate andcommitted people. They respectfully lead, support and coach all servicecolleagues during preparation, service and after service. They represent therestaurant, the Hotel and the St. Regis brand and shall be at all timesimpeccably presented. They take pride and responsibility in assisting theRestaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant related toservice, guest experiences, career paths and training of colleagues, sales andfinancial results.
