職位：預(yù)訂員 Reservation Agent
崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
崗位概述：1. 為在預(yù)訂部日常的運(yùn)作中協(xié)助預(yù)訂部經(jīng)理，以達(dá)到高效率高質(zhì)量的服務(wù)。2. 通過收入管理，房間控制，不同市場細(xì)分價格的價格定位，數(shù)字統(tǒng)計(jì)分析及剌激需求手段最大限度的增加酒店收入。3. 負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)訂部日常運(yùn)作。4. 協(xié)助整個營業(yè)部門的運(yùn)作；與預(yù)訂部經(jīng)理共同努力，以實(shí)現(xiàn)珠海華發(fā)喜來登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的市場定位和收入目標(biāo)。5. 在與市場銷售有關(guān)的酒店戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃和總體經(jīng)營目標(biāo)方面，向預(yù)訂部經(jīng)理提供建議和支持，樹立珠海華發(fā)喜來登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店良好的品牌形象。6. 維護(hù)集團(tuán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、品牌的一致性和兩家酒店的形象。7. 負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)現(xiàn)珠海華發(fā)喜來登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的客房和宴會銷售目標(biāo)。技能要求：一、在國際連鎖酒店集團(tuán)擔(dān)任類似的工作崗位，具有1-2年的經(jīng)驗(yàn)二、具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能，了解所負(fù)責(zé)部門對各職位的責(zé)任。三、掌握應(yīng)用銷售及前臺的電腦系統(tǒng)。四、具備良好的中、英文書寫與口頭表達(dá)能力Job Summary:1.To assist the Reservation Manager in the day-to-day operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the high degree of service and efficiency throughout the Reservations department.2.To oversee and supervise the overall performance of the department to ensure all daily tasks and duties are completed on time.3.To maximize hotel revenue through revenue management, inventory control, market segment pricing, statistical analysis and demand stimulating initiatives.4.Assistant the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the Reservation Manager in achieving the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai ’s market positioning and revenue goals.5.Provides support and advice to the Reservation Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales &Marketing issues of the brand and the hotels.6.Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotels image.7.Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai.Job Required:1.Min1-2 years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.2.Ability to use Sales & Front Office computer systems.3.Written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
