崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
1. 監(jiān)督整個(gè)營業(yè)部門的運(yùn)作；與行政委員共同努力，以實(shí)現(xiàn)珠海華發(fā)喜來登酒店、珠海瑞吉酒店和珠海萬怡酒店的市場定位和收入目標(biāo)。
2. 在與市場銷售有關(guān)的酒店戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃和總體經(jīng)營目標(biāo)方面，向總經(jīng)理提
供建議和支持，樹立珠海華發(fā)喜來登酒店、珠海瑞吉酒店和珠海萬怡酒店良好的品牌形象。
3.?維護(hù)集團(tuán)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、品牌的一致性和三家酒店的形象。
1. Oversees the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the Excom in achieving the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel, The St. Regis Zhuhai and Courtyard Zhuhai ’s market positioning and revenue goals.
2. Provides support and advice to the General Manager in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotels.
3. Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotels image.
