DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作職責(zé)
Attends to repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as centrifugal Chillers, air cooled Chillers, walk in cold room and freezer rooms and other commercial/industrial refrigeration equipment.

Attends to repair and maintenance of air conditioning equipment such as window units, package units and fan coil units.?? ??? ?.
負(fù)責(zé)空調(diào)設(shè)備的維修和保養(yǎng)，如窗式空調(diào)、柜式空調(diào)和風(fēng)冷式空調(diào)等。
Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions / extensions to the Hotel or any other properties maintained by the Hotel.
負(fù)責(zé)酒店范圍內(nèi)的各類(lèi)維修和保養(yǎng)工作，包括酒店的新增和延伸設(shè)施或由酒店提供維修保養(yǎng)的任何其他物業(yè)。
Participates in Hotel Energy Conservation Program.

Use initiative and foresight to undertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program without the direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.
在沒(méi)有當(dāng)班工程師/總工程師指導(dǎo)的情況下，主動(dòng)并預(yù)見(jiàn)性地實(shí)施預(yù)防性維修計(jì)劃中規(guī)定的任務(wù)。
Responsible for servicing and attending to repairs on various types of equipment such as laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, including motors, pumps, fans, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plant and electricity generators, electric lights & powers, CCTV, telephone, TV,? fire lives and safety equipment & system.
負(fù)責(zé)各類(lèi)設(shè)備的檢修和相關(guān)服務(wù)，如，洗衣設(shè)備、廚房設(shè)備、加熱設(shè)備、通風(fēng)和空調(diào)設(shè)備、包括發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、泵、風(fēng)扇、水處理裝置、污水處理裝置和發(fā)電機(jī)、電燈和供電、CCTV、電話(huà)、電視、消防、生命與安全設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)。
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任職要求
Technical school graduate in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning trade or obtain vocational training plus 2 years of experience in related work and prefer 1 year in hotel experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.? Professional certification and license if required by law.
技術(shù)學(xué)校制冷和空調(diào)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)或接受過(guò)職業(yè)培訓(xùn)加上2年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，擁有1年酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，或擁有同等的教育和經(jīng)歷。持有法律可能要求的職業(yè)證書(shū)和執(zhí)照。
