職位:賓客服務經理 Guest Services Manager
崗位職責/職位描述
Reports directly to and communicates with Front Office Manager on all pertinent matters affecting guest service and hotel operations.
直接向前廳部經理匯報部門運營情況以及涉及到服務的相關情況。
Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.
向所有部門提供幫助。
Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with other hotel departments as required.
根據需要與其他酒店保持良好溝通、合作和必要的聯系。
Reacts to situations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel
在酒店范圍內為客人提供快速服務和個性認知。
Responds to guest needs and resolves related problems
對于客人需求做出反應以及解決相關問題。
Supervise and direct assist Reception and Reservations personnally.
為前臺和預定部提供幫助,并進行監督。
Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.
在高峰時期為前廳部所有部門提供幫助。
Ensures VIPs and loyalty guests receive special attention
確保所有重要客人和忠誠客戶得到特殊關注。
Inspects front of house and back of house regularly for cleanliness.
定期檢查酒店區域衛生狀況以及酒店前方和后方區域。
Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
協助賓客關系員工去問候、并護送客人回到房間以及送別貴賓。
Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene, and appearance of staff.
監督員工的日常行為,制服,儀容儀表,衛生。
Hold FO daily breifing.
組織前廳部每日交接班會。
Promotes inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities.
促進酒店內銷售和客房設施。
Checks billing instructions and monitors guest credit
檢查監控客人賬單消費內容和賬單信用。
Analyses and approves discounts and rebates.
分析和批準給客人做折扣和減免。
Analyses the rate variance report to ensure rooms revenue control
分析房價差異報表確保房間收入正常。
Takes action with the Property Management Systems (PMS) in emergency situation.
在酒店操作系統發生緊急情況下采取行動。
Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
完全熟悉酒店所有緊急事件處理程序。
Ensures front line staff complies with FIT Marketing techniques and maximize sales.
確保前臺一線員工熟悉散客銷售技巧最大限度提高銷售業績。
Expected to be at the Lobby area at all times to monitor staff movement and their interaction with guests. To only spend a very minimal time at the back office and only do so when necessary.
在大堂范圍內監督員工的行為以及對客的服務,用最短的時間在后臺辦公室完成必要的工作。
To meet up with all VIP, PCR & Ambassador guests upon arrival.
會見所有的重要賓客、優悅會會員、優悅會大使在他們抵店時。
To monitor and ensure that all staff provides warm attention to all guests, especially Priority Club Reward and Ambassador Members and repeat guests.
監督和確保所有員工為所有賓客提供賓至如歸的服務,特別是優悅會會員、大使會員和回頭客。
Must minimize guests waiting for room by liaising closely with Housekeeping Department.

Ensure guests preference and comments are documented by staff frequently and action upon next check in.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Good writing & communication skill.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

Problem solving and organizational abilities

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相關的學士學位或大專水平。
2 years’ experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
擁有2年前廳或賓客服務工作經驗,包括管理經驗,或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景
