崗位職責/職位描述
【崗位職責】
- Assists Manager of Finance and Assistant in budget preparation and input, forecast reports and monthly reporting to corporate finance.
協助財務經理完成預算的制定和錄入，準備預算報表和月報表
- Recycling the resources as much as possible, and keep controlling the cost.
盡可能的使資源循環利用，并堅持成本控制。
- Prepare month end journals
準備月結帳
- Audit payroll
審計工資
- Prepares monthly invoices for other IHG hotels, General Manager, Store and Shop rentals
為洲際集團其他酒店，總經理，倉庫和商場租賃準備發票
- Prepares all journal vouchers for month-end closing
月底結帳時完成所有的帳務處理
- Prepares monthly Financial Statements for distribution to Department Heads and Executives, as directed by Assistant Financial Controller
協助財務副總監完成月度財務報表并分發給部門經理和行政管理人員
Responsiblefor month-end back-offic
- Prepares asset purchase/disposal report for owners
為業主準備采購/配置報表
- Approves payment requests, employee advances and petty cash prior to payment
審批付款申請，現金預支

【崗位要求】
·??Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance or related field. CPA holdersare preferred.5 years in hotel accounting or auditing experience including1year relevant management experience or an equivalent combination of educationand work-related experience.
會計，財務或相關專業的學士學位,注冊會計師優先。5年酒店會計或審計工作經歷，至少有一年類似管理經驗，或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。
