1、Effectively manage the restaurant by ensuring the following
2、Develop and implement Promotions Calendar for F&B products in restaurant
3、Personally meet and farewell a minimum of 80% of your customers
4、Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc
5、Analyze food and beverage statistics through point of sale system
6、Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
1、有效管理餐廳的日常工作，確保日下工作正常進(jìn)行。
2、在餐廳制定和執(zhí)行餐飲產(chǎn)品促銷活動(dòng)日歷。
3、親自迎送80%以上的客人。
4、有效的進(jìn)行交接班說(shuō)明會(huì)，確保所有員工了解重要客人，特殊活動(dòng)，每日特價(jià)，重點(diǎn)是推銷某些產(chǎn)品等。
5、通過(guò)銷售點(diǎn)銷售系統(tǒng)分析餐飲統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)。
6、和上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起編制和管理部門預(yù)算。
任職資格：
崗位要求:
1、More than 5 years working experience in the same position; at least proficient in one English.
2、Proficient in business knowledge of Chinese food and skills in Chinese cuisine.
3、Have strong social activities, organizational leadership and practical work ability; be good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of Chinese managers at all levels.
4、Good at evaluating employees, training staff and motivating employees.
5、College degree or above, with knowledge of catering management, marketing and so on.
1、5年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； 至少熟練掌握一門外語(yǔ)（英語(yǔ)）。
2、精通中餐的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)，熟練掌握中餐的技能技巧；
3、 具有較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)活動(dòng)能力、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作能力和實(shí)際工作能力；善于調(diào)動(dòng)中餐部各級(jí)管理人員的積極性。
4、善于評(píng)估員工. 培訓(xùn)員工并激勵(lì)員工工作。
5、大專以上學(xué)歷，具有餐飲管理，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷學(xué)等方面知識(shí)。
