DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé)
- Deliver Food and Beverage serviceof high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures?
按照部門的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序,為客人提供高品質(zhì)的食品和酒水服務(wù).
- Communicates to his/her superiorany difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information??
與上級進行溝通,如: 遇到的困難,客人的建議以及相關(guān)信息.
- Establishes and maintainseffective employee working relationships?
建立和保持高效率的員工工作關(guān)系
- Attends and participates in dailybriefings and other meetings as scheduled?
按照日程安排參加每日的餐前會以及其他會議.
- Take appropriate action toresolve guest complaints
采取恰當(dāng)?shù)姆绞浇鉀Q客人的投訴.
- Food and beverage stock is storedin relation to hotel procedures
按照酒店的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對食品和酒水進行存放.
- Performs related duties andspecial projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS 任職要求
- Complete Tertiaryeducation. Experience in the hospitality industry, similar position experiencein an international chained hotel is preferred. Knowledge of food and beverageproduct and service.?
高等教育學(xué)歷，具備酒店行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗，在國際連鎖酒店工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。具有一定餐飲產(chǎn)品知識及服務(wù)技能。
