DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責
- Provide a warm andfriendly welcome to all guests.?

- Answer the telephonecalls and handle enquiries.?
答復和處理電話種客人的疑問
- Lead guests to thetable and seat them only if the table is fully set-up.?
在桌子已經擺放好的情況下, 引領客人到桌子就座
- Assist in the operationduring busy periods.
在餐廳高峰期協助餐廳的運作
- Have a thoroughunderstanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu.
對菜單中的所有的食品的酒水有徹底的熟悉的了解
- Ensure that thereception desk and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
時刻保持接待臺和周圍工作區域內干凈整潔
- Handle guestcomplaints, requests and enquires on food, beverage and service.
處理客人對食品, 酒水和服務的投訴, 要求和疑問
- Establish rapport withguests, maintaining good customer relationships.
與客人建立和諧的關系, 保持良好的客戶關系
- Maintain and update therestaurant guest history data.
維持和更新餐廳客人的歷史資料
- Maintain a legible andup-to-date reservation book.
保持預定本的清晰和更新最近信息
- Assist in carrying outquarterly, bi-yearly, yearly inventory of operating equipment.
協助對餐廳設備進行季度, 半季度, 年度的盤點
- Carry out any otherreasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
協助完成其他分配合理的任務和工作。
- Monitor musicselection/level as “Outlet Music Standards”
監督餐廳音樂的選擇播放是否合乎餐廳音樂的標準
- Escort guests to theirpreferred table or reserved table and seat guests according to restaurantstandards
根據餐廳的標準,陪同護送客人到他們指定喜歡的或者預定的位置入座。
- Take telephone bookingsand document in the Reservation book according to restaurant standards
接受電話預定并根據餐廳的標準記錄在預定本上。
- Be attentive to guestsand resolve their complaints where possible, reporting all incidents to yourSupervisor?
隨時留意客人并處理客人的投訴,并將事件經過匯報給主管。
- Maintain responsibilityof cleanliness of hostess stations?
有責任維持資客臺的衛生清潔。
- Maintain responsibilityof cleanliness of all menus and drink menus?
維護所有菜單及酒水單的干凈整潔。
- Assist with beverageservice

- Assist with foodservice
協助食品服務
- Maintain detailedknowledge of menu, including daily specials

- Ensure tables arecleared quietly and efficiently

- Ensure the restaurantis ready to receive guests prior to opening and that both wait staff and tablesare ready in line with opening standards
保證在開餐時間之前所有樓面服務員以及餐前準備餐臺就緒, 并做好迎接客人的準備。
- Ensure restaurantoperating equipment is clean and in working order
確保餐廳運營的各用具的干凈以及工作的需要。
- Maintaining impeccableuniform and personal presentation standards in accordance with hotel policy
保持制服的干凈整潔和個人的儀容儀表合乎酒店的方針政策
- Welcoming guests to theRestaurant, by using the guest name
歡迎客人的到來, 并且稱呼客人的名字
- Inquiring if they havea reservation and noting it in the reservation book if they do
詢問客人是否有無預訂
- Creating a reservationfor them with their dining preferences if they do not and noting it in thereservation book

QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS 任職要求
- Complete Tertiary education. Experience in thehospitality industry, similar position experience in an international chainedhotel is preferred. Knowledge of food and beverage product and service.
高等教育學歷,具備酒店行業工作經驗,在國際連鎖酒店工作經驗者優先。具有一定餐飲產品知識及服務技能。
