JOB OVERVIEW職位概述

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Staff Canteen Chef within the hotel policies and procedure. Asst. to manage the staff canteen kitchen and service, make sure the food quality is performed in a best way.遵照員工餐廳廚師長的統(tǒng)一管理及監(jiān)督,遵從飯店規(guī)章制度。協(xié)助做好監(jiān)督和確保員工餐廳廚房和服務順利有效的運行。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作職責

?To check the hygiene for staff canteen and make sure it is clean and tidy.
檢查員工餐廳衛(wèi)生,確保用餐環(huán)境的干凈整潔。
?Remind the staff not to waste food.
用餐時督促員工酌量提取,避免浪費。
?To prepare the food for every shift according to the number of dinning
根據(jù)預計用餐人數(shù),做好各班次的安排。
?Provide necessary support to staff restaurant colleagues to prepare food effectively
協(xié)助員工餐廳其他同事有效地為酒店員工提供食品
?Ensures safe and correct use of the equipment, tools and machinery.
保證安全、正確的使用設備、工具和機器。
?Ensures that the standards of uniform grooming and hygiene are maintained.
保證制服干凈、整潔。
?Takes part in all scheduled training at his/her level.

?Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

?Be aware of care, and adhere to occupational and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS任職要求

Required Skills –

?Familiar with the cleaning procedure.

?Familiar with any kinds of cooking knowledge and methods.
熟悉各種烹飪知識及技巧。
?Good command of English and a good communicator.

Qualifications –
學歷
?Middle School qualification and above. Preferred – Completed Technical education in Hospitality or Culinary school.
