崗位職責/職位描述
- Follows event standards for customerservice.
遵守客戶服務的會議宴會標準。
- Act as an event service leader for mediumsized functions and be available to guests especially during set-up, coffeebreaks and meal breaks.
在中等規模的活動中,充當會議宴會服務負責人,特別是在擺臺、茶歇時間和用餐時間為客人提供服務。
- Follows all checklists for the relevantevent type.
遵守相關會議宴會類型的所有檢查清單。
- Meets and liaises with the kitchen andbeverage department before the event to go through the final details andspecial requests,? maintain constantcommunication with the chef de cuisine of events to ensure a smooth operation.
在會議宴會開始之前,與廚房和酒水部會面并聯絡,了解詳細情況及特殊需求,與會議宴會的廚師長保持溝通,確保宴會的順利進行。
- Be fully conversant with all aspects of theInfrasys and Delphi system.
充分了解Infrasys及Delphi系統的各個方面。
- Strictly adheres to all policies andprocedures issued by Finance with regards to cashiering and cash handling.
嚴格遵守財務部發布的與出納和現金處理相關的所有政策和程序。
- In the absence of Manager, conducts dailypre-shift briefings to associates on preparation, service and menu.
在經理不在時,就準備、服務及菜單方面組織員工召開日常班前例會。
- To ensure the smoothness of operation showhigh enthusiasm, overlooking of the events should be thorough , ensure themembers of service team are always reachable for the customers duringoperation.
工作上要表現出高度的熱情,確保操作的順利和流暢,對活動的理解分析要透徹,確保在運營過程中服務團隊的成員能夠隨時與客戶聯系。
- To be the role model to carry out hands onservice when it is needed during operation and training activities.

- Oversee the punctuality and appearance ofall full time and casual event service associates, making sure that they wearthe correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance andhygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
根據酒店和部門的儀表標準,監督所有會議宴會服務全職和兼職員工的準時出勤及儀表,確保他們穿著正確的制服,保持較高的個人形象及衛生標準。
- Ensure all the associates work in a safemanner to prevent and avoid any work injuries or accidents.

- Maximise the effectiveness of associates bydeveloping each of their skills and abilities through the appropriate training,coaching, and/or mentoring.
通過合適的培訓、輔導和/或指導發展各員工的技能和能力,以使員工的效率最 大化。
- Assist associates to understand and adhereto rules and regulations established in the associate handbook and the hotel'spolicies including but not restricted to fire, hygiene, health and safety.

- Ensures high standards of personalpresentation and grooming.
