崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
- Plan and co-ordinate the provision of friendly, efficientservices to our guests

- Inspects all VIP rooms prior to arrival
檢查所有預(yù)抵的重要賓客房間。
- Greet VIP guests personally
當(dāng)面問候客人。
- Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities
促進(jìn)酒店銷售和房間設(shè)施。
- Assistwith check-ins/check-outs for Front Desk
協(xié)助前臺(tái)辦理入住/退房。
- Coverguest relations desk
關(guān)注賓客關(guān)系接待臺(tái)。
- Assistall departments in being receptive to the needs of guests
協(xié)助所有部門,幫助客人所需。
- Attendrecreation activities when necessary
參加必要社交活動(dòng)。
- Assistin any other duties when required by the Loyalty Manager

- Attendingto special requests by guests

- Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, followsup on corrective action
處理客人投訴如必要時(shí)需及時(shí)匯報(bào),跟進(jìn)補(bǔ)救行動(dòng)
- Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check roomallocations, amenities, and special requests
檢查所有預(yù)抵客人和重要賓客名單并檢查房間安排情況,房間禮品和客人特殊需求。

Qualifications–
資格證書
- Bachelor’sDegree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
具有酒店行政管理,酒店管理或相關(guān)的學(xué)士學(xué)位或大專水平。
- 1years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline includingsupervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
擁有1年前廳或賓客服務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),或與此相當(dāng)?shù)慕逃拖嚓P(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合的背景
