Future Leader Aspire participants will rotate through each hotel department and complete online learning, understanding the broader hotel eco-system and drivers that impact financial performance, colleague engagement and the guest experience. They will be delegated responsibilities and duties as part of their programme’s rotation in the chosen area of specialization.
“夢想之梯”管理培訓生項目的參與者將輪流就職于酒店各個部門，并完成相關的在線學習內容，了解更廣泛的酒店生態系統以及影響酒店財務業績、員工融入度及賓客體驗的驅動因素。根據該計劃的輪崗要求，參與者將在其所選的專業領域承擔起相關責任與義務。

?Have a hospitality degree from college or bachelor’s degree and 6 months hospitality
experience including internship (supervisory preferred)?
