崗位職責：
1.根據酒店市場開發計劃，制定個人銷售活動計劃；
2.通過開發新客戶，穩定老客戶，以力爭達到所確定的銷售收入目標；
3.向市場銷售部負責人匯報市場信息，包括酒店市場狀況，競爭對手情況，客戶反饋意見等；
4.以外出銷售，電話聯絡和傳真等方式與本地客戶保持高度聯系；
5.處理客戶的來電，來函；
6.協調安排自己所轄客戶在酒店的大型活動及VIP的接待工作；
7.熟悉自己客戶分類情況及各客戶的需求特點和主要的競爭對手。
崗位要求：
1.大專以上學歷，有同崗位工作經驗2年及以上；
2.有蕪湖本地工作經驗、客戶資源優先；
3.具有市場調查和預測能力，能及是掌握市場動態，并能綜合分析，及時地提出相應的措施和合理的建議；
4.有較強的語言表達能力，能撰寫市場調研報告，具有起草工作計劃，總結及業務匯報的能力。
