崗位職責/職位描述

工作職責：
1.Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of the hotel.
負責實現酒店的客房和餐飲銷售目標。

2.Assists the CD in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
協助商務總監(jiān)制訂銷售市場計劃及預算。

3.Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
代表酒店通過客戶關系管理，與本地和國際市場的客戶保持密切的聯系并推廣酒店。

4.Supervisors the CD department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion manner.
管理商務發(fā)展部，保證每日工作按時完成。

任職資格：
1.Bachelor’s degree and above.
本科學歷及以上。

2.Passion for the hospitality industry, and Customer－centric mindset.
對酒店行業(yè)充滿熱情，并具備以客戶為中心的意識。

3.A minimum of 5－8 years of experience in commercials, with at least 2－3 years in the commercial leadership role.
至少5－8年商務領域工作經驗，其中至少2－3年擔任商務領導職位。

4.Advance business capability, include strategic thinking and planning, business acumen, Leadership management, influence and communication skill, Adaptability and resilience.
高級業(yè)務能力，包括戰(zhàn)略思維與規(guī)劃、商業(yè)敏銳度、領導管理、影響力與溝通技巧、適應性與韌性。

6.Fluent in written and spoken English.
英語書面及口語流利。
