職位：Senior Sales Manager 高級銷售經(jīng)理
崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
Maintain close and positive cooperation with clients and partners, actively identify and follow up on client needs, understand sales leads, and achieve sales performance targets;
與客戶及合作伙伴保持密切良好的合作關(guān)系，積極挖掘和跟進客戶需求，掌握銷售線素，完成銷售業(yè)績指標(biāo)；
Responsible for developing new clients and expanding channels, exploring potential client resources, establishing a client information database, achieving client development targets, and managing client information;
負表新客戶開發(fā)與渠道拓展，挖掘潛在客戶資源，建立客戶信息庫，完成客戶開發(fā)指標(biāo)，管理客戶資料；
Prepare and revise quotations and contracts, and promote business documents and sales memos;
編寫、修改報價書和合同，推銷文書及銷售備忘錄；
Actively promote and market hotel products, facilities, and services, and achieve seasonal product sales goals;
積極宣傳和推廣酒店產(chǎn)品設(shè)施和服務(wù)，完成季節(jié)性產(chǎn)品銷售目標(biāo)；
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as needed, ensuring the accuracy of market and client information to facilitate workflow. Actively participate in sales training, comply with hotel policies and procedures, adhere to all information security policies, and assist in completing other tasks assigned by superiors;
根據(jù)需要準備每周，月度，季度和年度報告，確保市場及客戶信息的準確性，以便于工作的跟進。積極參與銷售培訓(xùn)，遵循酒店政策和流程，遵循所有信息安全政策，協(xié)助并積極完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)；
Systematically and effectively visit existing and potential clients within the assigned scope, consolidate the findings and opportunities into reports, and submit them to the Vice President of Sales;
系統(tǒng)而有效地拜訪現(xiàn)有和潛在的范圍之內(nèi)的客戶，把所得的發(fā)現(xiàn)和機會整合成報表并上交給銷售副總監(jiān)；
Possess excellent leadership skills and assist superiors in problem-solving.
具備優(yōu)秀的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，可協(xié)助上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)解決問題。
