崗位職責(zé)/職位描述

西餐廳領(lǐng)位工作職責(zé)：

1、熟悉掌握菜單及飲料單上的內(nèi)容，并可以向客人做出詳細(xì)解釋。了解健康食品的要求，可以提出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。

2、熟悉自助餐臺上的食品。

3、保持自助餐臺清潔。

4、能夠達(dá)到TBS產(chǎn)品知識要求。

5、根據(jù)客人不同的國籍，推薦相應(yīng)的食品。

6、熟悉飯店其他餐廳菜單上的食品，并向客人推薦。

7、遵守服務(wù)程序，保證餐廳符合早餐、午餐及晚餐的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其中包括與廚師交流餐廳預(yù)定的詳細(xì)情況。

8、檢查收銀設(shè)備的準(zhǔn)備工作。

9、與主管或經(jīng)理檢查預(yù)定，并確認(rèn)人數(shù)較多的預(yù)定。

10、保證所有用具的清潔，并為客人進(jìn)入餐廳做準(zhǔn)備。

Job Description：

1、Confidently know the food and beverage menu contents and explain them in detail to guests.

2、Understand dietary requirements and offer appropriate suggestions.

3、Correctly label buffet dishes.

4、Keep buffet areas clean at all times.

5、Complete TBS checklists on product knowledge.

6、Make suggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities.

7、Familiarise with menu items of all other outlets to recommend guests to other outlets.

8、Ensure that everything is clean and tidy, ready for guests to enter the restaurant.

9、Undertake steps to ensure that the cashiers’ desk is ready and set for service.

10、Check reservations with the Supervisor / Manager and confirm any large bookings for the next service period.
