Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the responsibilities and essential functions of this position include but are not limited to the following
? Consistently provide professional, friendly and courteous service
? Greet guests, check-in and check-out guests, while ensuring that all service standards are met
? Provide guests with information and assistance regarding hotel facilities
? Provide appropriate service to each guest who seeks assistance at the reception desk
? Drive profit growth by recommending premium rooms to guests through upscale sales techniques
? Follow departmental policies, processes and service standards
? Follow all security policies??
? Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

? Must possess professional presentation skills

Palm Springs Hotel Chengdu, Vignette Collection, situated within the Palm Springs International Centre, is located in the heart of Tianfu New Area and Chengdu Hi-tech Zone and is adjacent to the Century City New International Convention & Exhibition Center, Global Center and the Tianfu Software Park. The hotel features 336 guest rooms, Gold Executive Floor, over 1,350 square meters of meeting facilities, and a collection of F&B concepts including an all-day-dining restaurant Spectrum, CUBE a three-floor concept - lounge, cocktail bar and restaurant.
