崗位職責/職位描述
Primary Responsibilities主要職責
? Provide high-standard catering services in accordance with departmental norms and procedures.
? Communicate with superiors about difficulties, guest opinions and other relevant information.
? Establish and maintain good working relationships with other employees.
? Attend and participate in daily regular meetings and other planned meetings.
? Attend and participate in planned training courses.
? Comply with Hotels Group's personal grooming standards and maintain impeccable attire.
? Ensure that the following work of the department is ready to serve guests:
Equipment is classified and stored properly;
Quickly and accurately take and place guests' orders;
Use trays effectively; Process payments accurately;
Quickly clean and rearrange work areas;
Abide by the regulations on alcoholic beverage service, promote drinks and refill for guests regularly; Provide hot coffee and tea in accordance with standards;
Handle guest complaints correctly; Store catering inventories in accordance with hotel regulations.
? Provide 24-hour full-day in-room dining service.
? Other duties and job qualifications which is assigned by superiors.

設備分類且存放好、快速的為客人寫餐單及準確的下餐單、有效的利用托盤、準確的處理付款、快速的清潔工作區和重新布置、遵守酒精飲料服務歸定，推銷飲料并定時為客人續酒、按規范提供熱的咖啡和茶、正確處理客人的投訴、按照酒店的規定存儲餐飲存貨
