Primary Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
? Consistently professional, friendly and attentive service
? Leads and supervises day-to-day operations to ensure that guest concerns are addressed in accordance with service standards
? And respond quickly, logging in and notifying the appropriate area
? Actively participate in daily situation reports, daily warm-ups and departmental meetings
? Ensure that housekeeping staff are given daily accountability for the priorities within their service areas
? Follow departmental policies and procedures
? Report the necessary repair items
? Follow all safety and environmental hygiene policies
? Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
