崗位職責/職位描述
主要職責Primary Responsibilities：
- 為同事提供支持的同時，始終如一地提供專業、友好和主動的服務
- ?根據酒店菜單和標準，準備和提供菜單的所有食物
- 在匯報每日當值情況時積極交流想法、意見和建議
- 維持所有冷藏設備中產品的正常運轉，盡量減少浪費/腐壞
- 確保準確發放倉庫中食物
- 全面了解所有菜單項、每日特色和促銷活動
- 確保所有工作區、器具和設備的清潔及維護
- 遵循廚房政策、流程和服務標準
- 在提供餐飲時須遵循所有安全和環境衛生政策
- 上級主管安排的其它任務
- While supporting colleagues, consistently deliver professional, friendly, and proactive service.
- Prepare and serve all food items from the menus in accordance with hotel menu specifications and standards.
- Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions when reporting daily shift activities.
- Maintain proper rotation of products in all refrigeration equipment to minimize waste/spoilage.
- Ensure accurate issuance of food items from the store room.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotional activities.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation policies when serving food and beverages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
