Consistently deliver professional, friendly and thoughtful service.Supervise the restaurant team in handling all departmental matters and ensure compliance with service standards.
Maximize revenue through upselling and adherence to budget guidelines.
Address guest concerns and respond promptly and professionally.
Balance operational and employee needs.Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items and promotions.
Ensure staff are fully knowledgeable about all menu items, ingredients, portions and preparation methods offered by the restaurant.
Comply with restaurant policies, procedures and service standards.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when providing food and beverage service.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
