崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
根據(jù)酒店菜單和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，準(zhǔn)備和提供零點(diǎn)菜單或自助餐菜單的所有食物。
準(zhǔn)備配料并制作各種甜點(diǎn)等食品。
負(fù)責(zé)原料的稱量、準(zhǔn)備及預(yù)處理工作，確保操作符合食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
確保所有工作區(qū)、器具和設(shè)備的清潔及維護(hù)
按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配方和工藝流程執(zhí)行操作，保證出品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。
學(xué)習(xí)并掌握各類西點(diǎn)制作技術(shù)。
接受上級的其他任務(wù)。
Prepare ingredients and make various desserts and other food items.
Be responsible for weighing, preparing and pre-processing raw materials, ensuring all operations comply with food safety standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment.
Follow standard recipes and production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Learn and master various pastry making techniques.
Undertake other tasks assigned by supervisors.
