崗位職責/職位描述

必要時幫助工程部其它工種組工作。

·??????????To inspect all mechanical systems and make operation statusrecords as per inspection list to correct and report operation deficiency,unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer?to?feedback and makerecommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification,upgrading, methods of operation or repairs, etc. that could improve efficiencyand productivity.

對機械設備系統進行檢查并按照設備檢查單上的要求仔細記錄更正錯誤，及時向工程師報告所發現的問題、異常現象和不安全隱患為提高工作效率和促進生產力，應不斷向工程師進行信息反饋，在設備改良、技術升級和操作方式方法更新方面向工程師提出合理化建議。

·??????????To maintain toolsand equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.

保持維修工具、設備和工作區域的清潔。

·??????????To perform shiftand overtime duties when necessary.

開展本班次工作和必要時延時工作。

·??????????To perform dailywater treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation.

每日按照水處理規程的要求執行水處理工作。

Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗

·??????????Goodknowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair and maintenance

熟悉中央空調系統，掌握中央空調的操作規程和維修保養程序

·??????????Knowledgeand skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system, cold room, etc.

精通冷凍系統和冷藏室的維修和保養工作

·??????????Knowledgeof absorption chiller operation and maintenance?????

熟練操作吸收式冷水機組并懂得如何進行維修保養

·??????????Technicalvocational institute training in HVAC and refrigeration

在職業技術學校畢業受過中央空調和冷凍系統方面的培訓

·??????????Min3-5years working experience in HVAC system preferably with hotel

至少3-5年中央空調系統的工作經驗，有在酒店工作經驗者優先

·??????????BasisMechanical & Electrical knowledge

掌握初級機械和電力方面的知識

·??????????Skillof electrical & gas welding will be advantage

有水電焊技能者優先
