?Responsible for the Chinese restaurant, the implementation of the various periods of work task.
? ? 負責中餐廳,落實各個時期的工作任務。
?To establish Chinese restaurant service specification and working system and ensure the implementation.
? ? 制定中餐廳服務工作規范及工作制度并確保實施。
?Assist f&b manager to establish the catering marketing plan and strategy.
? ? 協助餐飲部經理制定各項餐飲推銷計劃與策略。
?Supervise employees in accordance with the standards of customer service, the employees performance evaluation, implement the system of rewards and punishments.
? ? 監督員工按照規范標準對客服務,對員工進行績效評估,實施獎懲制度。
?Handle guest complaints, and constantly improve the quality of service.
? ? 處理賓客的投訴,不斷改善服務質量。
?Pay special attention to the equipment maintenance, strict material management system, completes the restaurant safety and fire prevention work.
? ? 抓好設備設施的維修保養,嚴格物資管理制度,做好餐廳安全和防火工作。
?According to the different season, customers provide Suggestions for special menu for the kitchen.
? ? 根據季節差異、客源情況為廚房制定特色菜單提供建議。
Knowledge and Experience知識和經驗
?College degree or above, 5 years working experience in brand hotel. Or high-end Chinese restaurant, or similar position working experience for the same position more than 2 years.
? ? 專科以上學歷,5年以上品牌酒店或中餐廳工作經驗,2年以上同崗位或類似崗位工作經驗。 ?
?Warm and friendly, helpful, positive, serious and responsible.
? ? 熱情友好,樂于助人,積極主動,認真負責。
?Proficient in Chinese business knowledge, mastering the skills of Chinese food.
? ? 精通中餐的業務知識,熟練掌握中餐的技能技巧。
?Has the strong ability of social activities, organization and leadership ability to work and practical work ability; Good at mobilizing the enthusiasm of Chinese food department management personnel at all levels.
