Ensure the effective running of the department

Submit a yearly budget for management’s approval for all department expense forecast for the coming year, including the cost of repair, maintenance and overhauling of the operating equipment or any adjustment or machinery, manpower to meet yearly Hotel requirements.

Prepare monthly and yearly forecast of guest laundry revenue, if needed.
