Handle quest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage lost buttons etc.

5. 用友好的、有效的態度回答客人電話，處理客人要求。

Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient manner.

6. 在有要求時收集客人衣物，確保準確記錄客人房號。洗衣前后檢查所有項目并記錄損壞、褪色等，對自己不熟悉的衣料不能擅自處理。
