工作描述Job Description:

1. 與既有的客戶和潛在的客戶及合作伙伴保持密切的聯(lián)系。

Identifies and handles sales leads effectively and efficiently.

2. 對競爭對手進(jìn)行密集的調(diào)查，對其酒店產(chǎn)品知識有這透徹的了解。

Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintains excellent Product Knowledge of the Hotel.

3. 系統(tǒng)而有效地拜訪現(xiàn)有的和潛在的范圍之內(nèi)的客戶，把所得的發(fā)現(xiàn)和機(jī)會整合成報(bào)表并上交給銷售部總監(jiān)。

Ensures systematically and efficiently calls on allocated Accounts within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Sales.

4. 預(yù)先調(diào)查并設(shè)定主要目標(biāo)，利用Envision 數(shù)據(jù)庫制定適合而有效的銷售策略，從而擴(kuò)大酒店的市場份額。

Pre-qualifies and targets prospects, utilizing Fidelio/Delphi database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.

5. 根據(jù)年度市場營銷計(jì)劃上標(biāo)明的個(gè)人負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域來執(zhí)行銷售活動計(jì)劃。

Implements all sales action plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.

6. 完成每月和年度個(gè)人目標(biāo)、公司客戶房晚數(shù)和客房收入指標(biāo)。

Achieves the monthly and annual personal target and the corporate segment target room night production and room revenue.

任職資格Qualification:

1. 文化程度：大專及以上。

Education background: junior college or above.

2. 語言要求：普通話 – 發(fā)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；有英語讀寫能力及閱讀能力。

 Language：Good Mandarin pronunciation，Good English literacy and reading.

3. 技能要求：具有豐富的銷售技巧和技能；計(jì)算機(jī)能力良好。

Technical ability：Outstanding sales technique and salesmanship , good computer capacity.

4. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：2年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。（國際聯(lián)號工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先）

Work experience：2-year similar position working experience.（work experience in international chain hotel as priority）

5. 熟悉合肥銷售市場，敏銳的市場洞察力和分析能力。

Know well the sales market in Hefei, keen insight into market and analytical ability.

6. 優(yōu)秀的語言表達(dá)能力和溝通能力。

Excellent language competence and ability to communicate.
