Ensures professional Sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.
2.?系統而有效地拜訪現有的和潛在的范圍之內的客戶，把所得的發現和機會整合成報表并上交給會議宴會部總監。
Systematically and efficiently calls on existing and potential clients within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Events.
3.?預先調查并設定主要的公司和政府機關目標，利用宴會的數據庫和發展適合而有效的銷售策略，從而擴大酒店的市場份額。
Pre-qualifies and targets major Companies and Government Departments, utilising Catering database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
4.?建立強大的聯系信息庫，以便開發關于公司或政府活動/宴會的商機。
Establishes strong contacts to source for information in regards to companies and government functions / events.
5.?根據凱悅會議宴會標準回答所有電話詢問、處理電郵詢問、準備提案和合同、主持酒店參觀活動、策劃會議宴會、創建會議宴會確認單、執行并跟蹤會議宴會。
To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.

任職資格：
Qualification：
1.?文化程度：大專及以上
Education background: junior?college?or above
2.?語言要求：普通話?– 發音標準；有英語讀寫能力及閱讀能力
?Language：Good?Mandarin?pronunciation，Good?English?literacy and?reading
3.?技能要求：具有豐富的銷售技巧和技能；計算機能力良好
Technical ability：Outstanding?sales?technique?and?salesmanship?, good computer capacity
4.?工作經驗：2年以上同崗位工作經驗（國際聯號工作經驗優先）
