1.?確保拜訪客人的專業(yè)性：運用凱悅的顧問式銷售原則和市場營銷分析報表工具理念。
Ensures professional Sales Calls using Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.
2.?系統(tǒng)而有效地拜訪現(xiàn)有的和潛在的范圍之內(nèi)的客戶，把所得的發(fā)現(xiàn)和機會整合成報表并上交給會議宴會部總監(jiān)。
Systematically and efficiently calls on existing and potential clients within location and reports findings and opportunities to the Director of Events.
3.?預先調(diào)查并設定主要的公司和政府機關目標，利用宴會的數(shù)據(jù)庫和發(fā)展適合而有效的銷售策略，從而擴大酒店的市場份額。
Pre-qualifies and targets major Companies and Government Departments, utilising Catering database and develops appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share.
4.?建立強大的聯(lián)系信息庫，以便開發(fā)關于公司或政府活動/宴會的商機。
Establishes strong contacts to source for information in regards to companies and government functions / events.
5.?根據(jù)凱悅會議宴會標準回答所有電話詢問、處理電郵詢問、準備提案和合同、主持酒店參觀活動、策劃會議宴會、創(chuàng)建會議宴會確認單、執(zhí)行并跟蹤會議宴會。
To follow all Hyatt Events Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events, creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.

任職資格：
Qualification：
1.?文化程度：大專及以上
Education background: junior?college?or above
2.?語言要求：普通話?– 發(fā)音標準；有英語讀寫能力及閱讀能力
?Language：Good?Mandarin?pronunciation，Good?English?literacy and?reading
3.?技能要求：具有豐富的銷售技巧和技能；計算機能力良好
Technical ability：Outstanding?sales?technique?and?salesmanship?, good computer capacity
4.?工作經(jīng)驗：2年以上同崗位工作經(jīng)驗（國際聯(lián)號工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先）
Work?experience：2-years similar?position?working?experience（work?experience?in?international?chain?hotel?as?priority）
5.?熟悉合肥銷售市場，敏銳的市場洞察力和分析能力
Know?well?the?sales?market?in?Hefei,?keen insight into market and analytical ability
