Job Description:
1. 嚴格執(zhí)行食品分攤政策以控制成本。
Strictly adheres to the food apportionment policy to control costs.
2. 嚴格遵照食品準備及烹飪的方法、食物的分量規(guī)格及食物的裝飾要求,確保食物按照規(guī)定標準準備。
Strictly adheres to the methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.
3. 保持廚房的干凈整潔并嚴格遵守酒店的衛(wèi)生標準。
Maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and strictly adheres to the Hotel Hygiene policy.
4. 及時報告任何食品加工設備的故障。
Report any malfunction or breakdown of food production machine in a timely manner.
任職資格:
Qualification:
1. 較好的溝通能力。
Good ability to communicate.
2. 工作經(jīng)驗:有同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(國際聯(lián)號工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先)。
Work experience: similar position working experience.(work experience in international chain hotel as priority)
3. 有強烈的上進心、責任感與團隊合作精神,吃苦耐勞。
