工作描述:
Job Description:
1、負責員工日常招聘工作,建立用工渠道及人才儲備庫。
Responsible for the daily recruitment of staff, the establishment of employment channels and talent pools.
2、負責辦理普通員工的入職、離職手續,及人事變動的審核工作。
Responsible for handling the entry and exit procedures of general staff, and the audit of personnel changes.
3、合理調配酒店的人力資源,并提出有效的建議和意見。
Rational allocation of human resources in the hotel, and put forward effective suggestions and opinions.
4、負責各部門人員編制的審核工作。
Responsible for the audit of the staff establishment of each department.
5、負責員工人事檔案的管理,及對外公文之草擬和處理。
Responsible for the management of staff personnel files,and the drafting and processing of external correspondence.?
6、負責各種人事政策的具體實施及檢查工作。
Responsible for the specific implementation and inspection of various personnel policies.
任職資格:
Qualification:
1、工作經驗:有同崗位工作經驗(國際聯號工作經驗優先)
Work experience: similar position working experience(work experience in international chain hotel as priority)
2、 有強烈的上進心、責任感與團隊合作精神。
Strong aspiration,sense of responsibility and team spirit,hard – working.
