Service provided to all guests must be as courteous as possible and all inquiries must be fulfilled with the guest's satisfaction at the required time.為客人提供盡可能禮貌的服務(wù),即時(shí)滿足客人的要求。
Report all guest comments to manager/supervisor for analysis and discussion.

Ensure calls are recorded and checked by another colleague. Standard calls must be checked to ensure that they are answered.

Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct salutations and telephone etiquette.

Supply guests with directions and information regarding restaurant services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.

Follow up with guests regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues.
