崗位職責/職位概述


1.在預算內達成營收目標和員工銷售目標,使利潤率最大化。參與制定部門年度預算、酒店的營銷計劃、經營及財務計劃。
2.擬定并執行銷售計劃,推動客房入住率明顯上升,提高平均房價,提升業務量,增加餐飲和宴會銷售。
3.審核每月報表和銷售預測報告,分析當前和潛在營銷趨勢,協調各種活動增加營收與市場份額,并監督進展,確保業績達到或優于既定營收計劃。
4.制定、開發各種特別活動和銷售活動,向潛在客戶推廣酒店業務。參加貿易展以及全國和本地大型營銷活動,增加新業務機遇,為酒店提升營銷機會。
5.主管日常銷售活動事務,計劃并分配工作,為每個員工設定工作績效目標。為員工提供教導、輔導并給予定期反饋,幫助解決各種員工矛盾,提升員工績效,并對員工表現優異之處予以認可。
6.對酒店營銷部門員工進行教育、培訓和激勵,促使酒店營收目標得以達成。確保員工獲得完成工作職責所需的信息、市場數據以及各種工具與設備。
7.同關鍵客戶和外部相關人員(如:賓客、航空公司、批發商、旅行社、廣告商、本地社區團體)建立聯系并保持聯絡,借此增加團體及會議業務量,包括客房銷售、餐飲銷售和宴會服務等。
8.為賓客提供各種信息(如:會員計劃、本地景點、餐廳、設備信息),以提升賓客體驗。
9.安排酒店會議及業務團隊活動,與其它酒店級部門進行協調,共同完成銷售部門同潛在客戶達成的協議中所規定的各項服務。
10.同有關部門交流所有相關信息,包括即將抵達的貴賓、大型團體或其他重要賓客的要求和特殊需求。
