崗位職責/職位描述
1. Prepares, arranges and serves all food according to the standard set by Executive Chef根據(jù)行政總廚設置的標準,準備,安排和服務所有食品
2. Does mise-en-place, preparation, cooking and arranging of food as instructed
依據(jù)指示儲存,準備,制作安排食品
3. Does daily routine tasks by himself in conjunction with supervisors
和主管一起完成每日的日常任務
4. Makes use of standard recipes and presentation instructions whenever possible
確保菜譜都按標準完成
5. Handles machines, furniture, equipment and utensils in the proper way and cleans them after use
以適當?shù)姆绞教幚砀鞣N機器設備和器具,并在使用后清潔干凈
6.?Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
如期出席并參與每日例會和其他會議
7. Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled

8. To attend any training sessions as directed by the Executive chef, To adapt to the work of any kitchen for improve own skill. If any kitchen need assist, should arrange staff cooperate to make sure the operation smooth
