崗位職責/職位描述
- 制定房務部年度運營計劃、預算及目標,確保與酒店整體戰略一致。
- Formulating annual operational plans, budgets, and objectives for the Rooms Division, aligning with the hotel's overall strategy.
- 監督客房部(Housekeeping)、前廳部(Front Office)及公共區域(PA)的日常運營,優化服務流程,提升效率。
- Oversee daily operations of Housekeeping, Front Office, and Public Areas (PA), streamline service processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- 分析房務數據(入住率、RevPAR、客戶滿意度等),定期提交報告并提出改進建議。
- Analyze key Rooms Division metrics (occupancy rate, RevPAR, guest satisfaction scores), submit regular reports, and propose actionable improvements.
- 負責房務部員工招聘、培訓、績效考核及職業發展,打造高績效團隊。
- Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development for Rooms Division staff to build a high-performing team.
- 監督員工儀容儀表、服務規范及工作紀律,維護酒店專業形象。
- Ensure compliance with grooming standards, service protocols, and operational discipline to uphold the hotel's professional image.
- 處理重大賓客投訴及突發事件,確保問題內閉環解決,提升客戶忠誠度。Resolve critical guest complaints and emergencies promptly, ensuring closure within to enhance guest loyalty.
- 定期收集賓客反饋,分析服務痛點,推動個性化服務創新(如生日驚喜、特殊需求響應)。Gather guest feedback regularly, identify service gaps, and drive innovations in personalized services (e.g., birthday surprises, special request fulfillment).
- 協同市場銷售部制定VIP接待流程,確保高端客戶體驗無縫銜接。Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to design VIP reception protocols, ensuring seamless luxury experiences for high-value guests.
- 監控房務部物資采購、庫存周轉及能耗使用,制定成本節約方案(如布草循環利用、節能設備升級)。Monitor procurement, inventory turnover, and energy consumption in the Rooms Division; develop cost-saving initiatives (e.g., linen recycling, energy-efficient equipment upgrades).
- 審核部門費用支出,確保符合預算要求,優化資源利用率(如人力排班、物資調配)。Review departmental expenditures to ensure budget compliance; optimize resource allocation (e.g., staff scheduling, inventory management).
- 管理客房設施維護計劃,延長資產使用壽命,降低維修成本。Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for guestroom facilities to extend asset lifespan and reduce repair costs.
- 確保部門運營符合酒店政策、行業法規及衛生安全標準(如消防、食品安全、疫情防控)。Ensure compliance with hotel policies, industry regulations, and health/safety standards (e.g., fire safety, food hygiene, pandemic protocols).
- 與餐飲、工程、財務等部門協同,解決運營中的交叉問題(如活動布場、設備維修)。Collaborate with Food & Beverage, Engineering, Finance, etc., to resolve cross-departmental operational issues (e.g., event setup, equipment repairs).
- 參與酒店管理層會議,提供房務部運營數據及戰略建議,支持決策制定。Participate in executive meetings, present Rooms Division performance data, and offer strategic recommendations to inform decision-making.
