崗位職責/職位描述
- Communicates politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
- 禮貌用語，親切對待顧客和員工
- Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Chef de Parties, Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
- 指導廚房的幫手，包括咸廚師主管、廚工、廚師、廚房服務員和管事
- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
- 與上級交流遇到困難、顧客或員工的意見和其他相關信息?
- Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
