兩年酒店或高級(jí)餐廳的西廚或東南亞日韓菜副廚師長(zhǎng)或四年西廚或東南亞日韓菜主管廚師的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有國(guó)際豪華酒店品牌及廚房操作或管理資格證書(shū)者更佳;必須全面掌握廚房衛(wèi)生實(shí)踐及職業(yè)健康與安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知識(shí);熟練掌握基本的 MS Office 和 菜品配方維護(hù)系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先。

2 years work experience as Sous Chef? or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
