工作描述Job Description
1.Monitor the daily operations of reservations
監(jiān)督日常預(yù)訂業(yè)務(wù)。
2.Control rooms inventory including allocation and reservations to areas of maximum yield and black out dates
管理客房清單，包括對(duì)最佳效益區(qū)的客房及禁止預(yù)訂日期的分配和預(yù)訂進(jìn)行管理。
3.Develop and conduct rooms based marketing activities
開(kāi)展和實(shí)施以客房為基礎(chǔ)的市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)。
4.Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments
跟蹤銷(xiāo)售計(jì)劃，促銷(xiāo)活動(dòng)，廣告，并向相關(guān)部門(mén)提供必要的反饋。
5.Track and establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate forecasting
記錄散客驅(qū)勢(shì)，入住率記錄和市場(chǎng)細(xì)分發(fā)展情況來(lái)協(xié)助預(yù)測(cè)工作。
任職資格 Qualification
1.必須具有良好的中英文交流及寫(xiě)作能力
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are a must
2.良好的交流溝通能力
Good interpersonal and communication skills
3.熟練操作微軟等操作系統(tǒng)
Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software
4.妥善處理及回復(fù)客人需求;
Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner;

6.具有至少2-3年國(guó)際連鎖酒店的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
