1.直接接收、評定和協調來自直接上級的訂單(包括信息,RFPs等)
Direct receipt, qualification and coordination of Group & Events requests (incl. leads, RFPs, etc.) defined by their direct supervisor.
2.確保最理想和有效的利用會議室和多功能廳
Ensure the ideal and most effective utilisation of the meeting and conference rooms.
3.配合銷售團隊發掘潛在客戶
Carry out site inspections with potential clients in coordination with the Field Sales department.
5. Practices up-selling at all opportunities tomaximise revenue.
盡最大可能去提升銷售額在所有機會。
6. Ensures effective communication with clients andinternal departments.
保證與客戶和酒店各部門有效的溝通。
任職資格 Qualification
1.具有至少2-3年國際連鎖酒店的相關經驗
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
2.妥善處理及回復客人需求
Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry and Catering Sales
3.良好的交流溝通能力
Good interpersonal and communication skills
4.熟練操作微軟等操作系統
Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software
