崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
工作內(nèi)容:
1.確保服務(wù)員按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與程序完成任務(wù)
Ensure all the service attendant to carry out the task according to the S&P
2.遵守酒店的規(guī)章制度盡可能的超越客人期望
Comply with hotel rules and regulations to exceed guest expectations as much as possible
3.監(jiān)督付款情況和每日的結(jié)帳工作
Monitor payment status and daily closing
4.監(jiān)督設(shè)備的維護(hù)工作
Assist with the maintenance of equipment
5.監(jiān)督員工行使職責(zé)
Supervise the performance of employees
6.監(jiān)督餐廳服務(wù)
Supervise restaurant service
7.協(xié)助會(huì)議團(tuán)隊(duì)
Assist conference team
8.根據(jù)食品的選擇調(diào)整餐具和玻璃器皿的搭配
Adjust cutlery and glassware to suite meal choic
9.熟悉酒水知識(shí)
Good beverage knowledge
10.酒水服務(wù)知識(shí)
