崗位職責(zé)/職位描述
一.工作描述Job Description
? 熟悉前廳部工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及程序。
? Familiar with Front Office Standards and Procedures.
? 向管理層匯報(bào)酒店運(yùn)行過程中的不足和不合理行為。
? Report to management on deficiencies and irregularities noted in the operation.
? 確保客人的抱怨被合適的記錄并采取行動避免客人不滿意的離開酒店。必要時(shí)從管理人員處獲得幫助。
? Ensure that guest complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any guest leaving the hotel dissatisfied. Solicits assistance from Management if needed.
? 協(xié)助解決客人賬單問題、爭議等,解決員工財(cái)務(wù)賬務(wù)問題。
? Assist in resolving guest billing, disputes etc; Assist in resolving accounting matters.
? 在必要時(shí)協(xié)助前臺工作,幫助客人登記入住,結(jié)帳離店等等。
? Assist Reception when required, help guest check in, check out, etc.
? 負(fù)責(zé)酒店夜間運(yùn)行,根據(jù)具體程序完成夜間審計(jì)工作。
? Be responsible for night duties, carry out hotel night audit according procedure;
? 維持對產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的高度了解以便于向客人解釋及銷售服務(wù)和設(shè)施。
? Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests.
二.任職資格 Qualification
1.能用流利的英語從事前廳服務(wù),協(xié)助維持酒店的正常運(yùn)作。
Be able to use fluent English in service,maintain the operation of the hotel.
2.酒店前廳專業(yè)知識及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。 Front office management professional knowledge and leadership skills
3.具有很強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃、組織、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
Organizing And Planning Skills,communication skills,Coordination Skill,leadership skills.
4.熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件及相關(guān)管理軟件。
Skilled in the use of office automation equipment and realated management software.
5.具備優(yōu)秀的書面和口頭表達(dá)能力。
Excellent written and verbal communication.
