工作描述Job Description
1.以最有效的方式劃分銷售區(qū)域。
To conduct daily sales visit to assigned accounts to solicit business for the hotel for both rooms and food & beverage through effective client account management.
2.履行客戶關(guān)系管理的職責(zé),通過完成計劃周詳?shù)目蛻舭菰L實現(xiàn)銷售目標(biāo)。
To plan sales coverage of area/territory assigned in the most effective manner.
3.提供售后服務(wù),確保認(rèn)真對待所有投訴,在必要時與相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行溝通。
?Fulfills Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interview
4.確保所有客戶信息的時時更新,包括數(shù)據(jù)信息的更新,產(chǎn)品跟蹤,客戶動向。
?Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.
5.向銷售總監(jiān)提交每周和每月報告
To upkeep of updated record of all sales activities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking, trends and movement of each accounts)
任職資格 Qualification
1.具有至少2-3年國際連鎖酒店的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels
2.妥善處理及回復(fù)客人需求
Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry and Catering Sales
3.良好的交流溝通能力
Good interpersonal and communication skills
4.熟練操作微軟等操作系統(tǒng)
Proficient with Microsoft Windows other software
